The Healthy Aging Champion Award is an annual recognition honoring community members who, through collaboration, leadership, or independent efforts, help ensure that older adults on Martha’s Vineyard can thrive.
We accept nominations year-round and encourage anyone who knows an individual making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults—whether through advocacy, service, or innovation—to submit a nomination.
Why Nominate
Do you know someone who is making a difference in the lives of older adults on Martha’s Vineyard? Healthy Aging Martha’s Vineyard (HAMV) is seeking nominations for our Healthy Agers Champion Award!
-
This award recognizes an individual who demonstrates a commitment to supporting older adults and helping our community age with independence, dignity, connection and purpose.
-
Whether they are a volunteer, caregiver, neighbor, community leader, professional or simply someone who goes above and beyond to support others, we want to hear about them!
Nominate someone who deserves to be recognized as a Healthy Agers Champion. Nominations are open through November, with the honoree celebrated in December.
Help us recognize the people who make Martha’s Vineyard a stronger, healthier and more connected community for older adults.
